You can meet a certified physician at the clinic and receive in-person consultation or have your appointment done virtually.

NO PEDIATRIC APPOINTMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THIS TIME. All patients must be 18 years of age or older.
MASKS ARE REQUIRED for entry. ONLY PATIENTS will be allowed inside the clinic; no family members, friends, etc.

How do you set up your appointment?
You must go through the following steps to book your appointment at SEVA Clinic:
Please make sure to input the correct information, as you can only complete the form once.
There are a limited amount of spots every week for patients to come in, so if you are you are unable to fill out the appointment form, you may call us at 281-942-7382 and we can put you on a waitlist for your preferred week.
- Find the date in which you would like to come in. The clinic is open every Thursday
- Click on the event and then choose your preferred time of appointment.
- Fill out all necessary information, select your preferred timing, and submit the form.
- Before the time of your appointment, you should receive a confirmation call from us telling you when exactly you have been scheduled to come in. If you have not received a call, please call us to make sure you are scheduled to be seen.
